Refund Policy

Thank you for using MinuteWhisper. We hope you are enjoying our service. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for handling refunds for our mobile application.

App Store Purchases

MinuteWhisper is distributed through the Apple App Store. All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple, not by Solidmatics Inc. As a result, we do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to their refund policies.

How to Request a Refund from Apple

To request a refund for a purchase made through the Apple App Store, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  2. Find the purchase you want to be refunded.
  3. Select "Request a refund" and choose the reason for your request.
  4. Submit your request.

Alternatively, you can request a refund directly from your iOS device:

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Tap "Purchased."
  4. Find MinuteWhisper in your purchase history.
  5. Swipe left on the purchase and tap "Report a Problem."
  6. Follow the instructions to request your refund.

Refund Eligibility

Apple, not Solidmatics Inc., determines whether a refund is appropriate. Generally, refunds are issued if:

  • The app doesn't function as advertised.
  • The purchase was made by accident.
  • A child made the purchase without permission.
  • You didn't authorize the purchase.

Please note that Apple typically processes refund requests within 48 hours, but it may take longer for the refund to appear on your statement.

Subscription Cancellations

If you have an active subscription to MinuteWhisper and wish to cancel it, you can do so at any time through your Apple ID settings:

  1. Go to Settings on your iOS device.
  2. Tap your name at the top of the Settings menu.
  3. Tap "Subscriptions."
  4. Find and tap MinuteWhisper in your list of subscriptions.
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription."

Canceling a subscription will stop it from renewing at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of the period you've already paid for.
